I was the Principal of a Hundred-years-old and famous boarding and day school with 750 pupils the "Collège Champittet" at Pully-Lausanne, from 1998 until 30 June 2002.
A maximum of languages are taught to allow each to preserve the cultural roots.
In other subjects the pupils can choose most of the courses either in English, or in French; certain lessons of art or sport are given only in a single language.
