Matt Elder has won two national graduate fellowships: from the National Science Foundation and the Department of Defense. Sima is majoring in Chemistry with an environmental focus. McNair Scholar Tiffany Terrell will volunteer at a physical therapy clinic near her home, Allen Spine and Sportscare. She is majoring in Exercise Science with plans to pursue a career in physical therapy. Carolina Scholar AJ Alon has a summer research internship in bioinformatics in USC’s Computer Science and Engineering department working with Dr. John Rose.
