The present report covers the period May 1995 - May 1996 and it regards the Education activity in Elder District implemented by CISP and financed by the E.U., DG VIII.
In Elder district a local NGO rehabilitated two of the three school buildings in the main town.
In Elder town the community already had rehabilitated the school building.
Therefore the support from CISP was due to provide educational materials, equipment and furniture to the school, and to pay incentives to the selected personnel (teachers, headmaster and educational coordinator for the district), CISP also intended to rehabilitate a building meant to serve as a training center in Elder town.
