msp12_spring_03_syllabusCourse Goals & Objectives The goal of the class is for students to obtain an understanding and working knowledge of 2D animation practices, theory, and implementation. By the end of the class, students will understand how 2D animation relates to various applications used in the design industry. Analyze and critique Flash animated projects 2. We have animated key concepts such as steady-state analysis, time scale, time reversal, and convolution to allow students to better visualize these ideas. We are also developing ways to allow student input and immediate feedback in problem solving. The interactive web pages will be formally evaluated this year. We have been attempting to address these issues using Macromedia Flash, a widely available package for animation, in introductory electrical engineering courses (circuits and continuous time linear systems). In an attempt to put this interactive model on-line, we again used Flash. Interactive learning is implemented by using Flash to create buttons that the students can push to see examples worked out step-by-step.
