The Tang Hall resident, that is the owner of Tang Hall furniture (henceforth referred to as the lender), and the Tang Hall resident that is the recipient of tang hall furniture (henceforth referred to as the lendee) agree to the following terms.
1. For the time period listed below as the lending period, the lendee agrees to take full financial responsibility for the furniture surrendered to the lendee by the lender.
2. The lender and lendee both acknowledge that at the end of the lending period, both parties are responsible for returning the surrendered furniture to the lender's apartment, and that both parties will be fined if this responsibility is not met by the end of the lending period.
