The Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club (Club), located at 2900 Sand Hill Road, is proposing to construct an accessory structure of approximately 430 square feet to house a teaching facility.
The OSC (Open Space and Conservation) zoning district allows for accessory buildings associated with a private recreation facility as a conditional use with approval of a use permit by the Planning Commission.
The Club is now proposing to construct a new golf teaching shelter to replace the former facility that was housed within a tent.
