Yet, little reclamation effort has been made at other sand mines that TechniSand operated in Covert that required DEQ permits and have not been mined in over two years, much less completed.

Our GCR testers, just like everyone else, tend to blame all deviant roll behavior on their putting strokes, or on the putting surface's break, even when no break exists.
With the presence of balance-oriented balls in an alternate-shot rotation, the putting characteristics inherent to the golf balls being used became very apparent.
The balance-oriented balls not only created patterns that were six to ten feet closer to the center of the fairway, they created longer patterns, as well.
Our GCR testers all entered this comparison review thinking that spin-balanced balls would play a bit better than unbalanced balls, but that the difference would not be enough to justify the time and aggravation that went with spin balancing.

The CIF State Federated Council approved the reinstatement of the state golf championships beginning the 2003-2004 school year.
The girls' championship is slated for the fall with the boys' set for the spring.
The state golf championships had a short run, from 1977-81 for girls and from 1976-81 for boys.
Since then, regional championships in the north and south have been held featuring such talent as Tiger Wood, a 1991 SoCal regional champion from Western High School in Anaheim.
Each of these organizations actively supports CIF golf through contributions to the sections, donation of facilities, volunteer support at tournaments, rules clinics and expertise on the rules of the game.
