Judicial Retention Database: A database has been designed to hold information
regarding all judges in the merit retention system, including appointment
dates, assignments, court, and review dates and types.
There will continue to be some manual entry for those surveys handed out
in court to parties, jurors, and witnesses, but we will work with attorneys,
judges and staff to automate their surveys.
Travel Vouchers: In order to be reimbursed for JPR travel, members must
turn in mileage vouchers.
In further discussion of the conference team process, Judge John Pelander
commented that he would rather have a retired judge from Division II be
on his conference team than a currently sitting judge because of the collegiality
issue.

The RCGA/CLGA and the Golf Association of Ontario have prepared
this document to assist golfers without club affiliation in forming a
"Players Golf Club", which is simply a golf club without real
estate.
By doing so, your club and the members of your club will become members
of the RCGA/CLGA and the Golf Association of Ontario.
In its simplest form, a Golf Club is defined within the RCGA Handicap
System as: "An organization of at least 20 individual members, that
operates under bylaws with committees (including a Handicap Committee)
to supervise golf activities, provide peer review, and maintain the integrity
of the RCGA Handicap System.
Q. May a player individually post his scores via the Internet?
A. No. Posting scores for an RCGA/CLGA Handicap Factor via the Internet
severely undermines one of the essential checks of the RCGA Handicap System,
which is peer review.
badart
http://www.johnnymillerdesign.com/articles/badart.pdf Badlands Golf Club, set hard against the red rock canyons on
the outskirts of Las Vegas, is just such a course
and a half, really, since Badlands comprises 27 exquisite golf holes designed
by the inestimable Johnny Miller, in concert with design consultant Chi
Chi Rodriquez.
Stepping into the proper tee box will be the first opportunity to exercise
a little common sense of your own.
With no hope of getting home in two, normal golfers are encouraged by
the elements, and Miller, to keep a 3-wood between the sand bunker on
the comer of the dogleg-right and the natural area running the length
of the hole on the left.

most beloved members who passed away on April 15, 2002.
For the Club Championship, I'm using the Pub Links guidelines, which is

Yes, Phil Macartney's farewell round at Santa Anita was one for the ages,
one that will live in infamy and one that will never be duplicated by
mortal man!
His feat made famous the "wash" forever named Stewart's Creek
and second to only Augusta's Rae's Creek in golf lore!

Over the course of the three day tournament, Florida went from
T8 after day one, jumped into second and then finally slipped to finish
tied for sixth.
The second tournament of the season showed a bit more consistency for
UF as the Gators made a steady climb from 12th after day one to finish
fifth at the Carpet Capital Collegiate hosted by Georgia Tech. Florida
was tied for sixth after round two and concluded their stellar climb with
a 26-over 890.
Playing in his last regular season tournament as a Gator, senior Camilo
Benedetti (Medellin, Colombia) capitalized on his six-stroke improvement
in round two, shooting a two-under 70, finishing tied for seventh with
212.
Item 5.3
For almost 30 years Scenic Woods Golf and Country Club has
been providing the residents of Hamilton with a quality recreational facility.
Staff argued that a comprehensive planning approach was necessary first
In our opinion, this is tantamount to the phrase "stop the world
because we are planning".
Many of our neighbouring Municipalities welcome and encourage this form
of development The Region's of Waterloo, Peel, Halton, the Counties of
Haldimand and Norfolk and many of the adjacent municipalities have policies,
which not only support, but also encourage this form of development If
your goal is to provide a range of housing opportunities, then this is
one segment of the housing market, which is not available in the new City
of Hamilton.
