The goal of our funding request in the category of Personal Protective Equipment is to provide, for the first time, OSHA and NFPA compliant outerwear to our personnel.

Federal contracts/grants DO NOT ALLOW for costs of meals or coffee breaks for intramural meetings (meetings among Rice individuals; no outside parties attending).
Out of pocket business meeting/entertainment expenses should be reimbursed by completing and submitting a business meeting and entertainment expense form along with original receipts as required (see section 5).

The Department of Finance is tasked with promoting national economic development through, amongst other things, maintaining fiscal stability and discipline.
The outcome of the application will be based on an independent assessment by the Department of Finance, which confirms that national government assistance would be justified in terms of the programme objectives.
All applications by municipalities for grant assistance must include a Restructuring Plan that demonstrates how fiscal stability will be achieved over a one to three year period with the injection of national resources.

State-Federal The mission of the NMFS State Federal Program is to improve the National Marine Fisheries Service's ability to build cooperative partnerships with other fisheries management agencies at the interregional and national levels.
