1. Sand the wood box well, and wipe away all dust particles with a damp paper towel.
2. Mix the Alizarin Crimson paint at a ratio of 50% paint and 50% water to create a wash.
Using the flat paintbrush apply the wash to the entire exterior of the box.
Wash the paintbrush and blot it dry on paper towel.
4. With the flat paintbrush, apply one coat of the Yellow Ochre to the interior of the box, top and bottom.
Using the stencil brush, apply the Yellow Ochre paint to the entire design.
