EPA is notified prior to the beginning of production when such production will start, and EPA is provided a full opportunity to inspect and/or test the engines during and after their production.

The Forestry Division will be conducting surveys in City parks to assess mower damage.

The goal of this paper is to introduce the idea of using the visual property of texture to design an autonomous lawnmower robot that mows a lawn similar to how a human would (in some type of pattern.) Previous autonomous lawnmowers that have been designed, the LawnNibbler and LawnShark for example, rely on the principle of randomness to mow in a confined area.

This paper reviews recent advances in regulatory theory concerning the effect of access pricing regulation on incentives to invest in infrastructure.

Not only is the company a supplier of premium lawnmowers for the great lawns of English estates, golf courses and parks, but Hayter has also put professional-grade mowers within reach of every English gardener who cherishes a fine lawn.
British lawnmower maker Hayter developed a sleek, new design direction for its residential mower through the use of VX Overdrive CAD/CAM software.
"Most of our residential mowers are wedgeshaped machines with fairly straight lines, but we decided to take advantage of the opportunity and explore more complex curves and surfaces and free-form shapes, but do it in such a way that we maintained the integrity of the Hayter look and feel."

On May 8, 1992,1 after receiving a complaint and after personally observing a sign at 2751 Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry Highway stating "Lawn Mowers for Sale" next to a row of lawnmowers, the Town of South Kingstown Building Inspector, Russell Brown, issued a notice of violation to the appellants.
(Tr. at 1). At the hearing, all six members of the Board heard evidence, with one member sitting as an alternate.2 The Board voted unanimously, 5 - 0, to uphold the violation notice and denied the request for a variance.3 The appellants appealed the Board's decision to the Superior Court. On November 12, 1993, Justice Thunberg4 rendered a decision stating that "whether a home occupation is customary is judged on a state-wide basis." (Tr. of Dec. dated 11/12/93 at 5). The court remanded the case to the Board to hear testimony as to whether the repair and sale of lawnmowers is considered a customary home occupation in the State of Rhode Island (State). The court also held that "if the board members who are sitting in judgment [on remand to the Board] are not the same people who heard evidence before, you're going to have to start all over again." (Id. at 9).

Working Group 7 has produced this position paper as an input to the preparation of the report that the Commission is required to give to the European Parliament and Council concerning the Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States The Directive obliges the Commission to submit a report to the European Parliament and to Council concerning whether and to what extent technical progress allows a reduction in the limit values shown at Stage I for lawnmowers and lawn trimmers/ lawn edge trimmers.
Readers would be best served by having a copy of the Directive 2000/14/EC at their disposal while reading this short report since it is not WG7 intention to reproduce the readily available text.

To this aim the vehicle has been endowed with a set of additional subsystems and sensors to perform remote motion control and to obtain relative and absolute location in the field.
The equipment integrated is composed of pneumatic cylinders, potentiometer and odometer sensors and a GPS receiver.
The robot remote control and navigation system, have been tested in a close road circuit at the IAI-CSIC.
Elementary motion control, obstacle avoidance, pattern recognition and autonomous navigation are the key functions required for safe, reliable and accurate operation of a mobile agent.
The robot locations given up by the odometers, DGPS, and position fusion algorithm, are shown in Figure 3 (a).

identify the net environmental 'benefits' and 'costs' of the collection, the reuse/recycling of a range of electrical and electronic products and the pretreatment of components containing certain hazardous substances.
For each product, the following scenarios have been modelled: The current situation in the UK; A hypothetical 100% landfilling scenario; The Commission's second draft of the proposed European Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
For the refrigerator and television, the results are more complicated with some environmental impacts giving a lower value for the proposed WEEE Directive whilst others give a lower environmental impact for the current UK situation.
For the washing machine and lawnmower, the difference in overall system net value between the Current UK scenario and the proposed WEEE Directive scenario increases to £81 (93%) and £97 (75%) respectively.

This is a question commonly asked to John Murphy.
Half of the building features equipment for residential while the other half features commercial equipment.
The original location on Plymouth Road just west of Wayne Road was one quarter the size of the current location.
That business was closed for two years when John, who sublet part of the building for storage, saw the opportunity to expand the business and purchased the building for the new location of Commercial Lawnmower.
The pleasant environment without a high-pressure sales approach, gives the customer a chance to wander through the vast inventory of items.
It was said that Plymouth Road has too many vacant buildings.

BAH beer refers to beer which has been made in someone's home with home brewing equipment.
At this time, we will not be accepting mead, sake and cider entries.
Entry will be of 3 standard unmarked 284-355 ml beer bottles or 500 ml PET bottles which are relatively clean and free from identifying marks of any kind.
Note that this is NOT NECESSARILY an American standard lager.
2. "Class entered" refers to OUR classes, "BJCP style" refers to BJCP style guide as listed in our class list.
For example, if you entered an English style barleywine, the class entered would be "D3", the BJCP style would be "English style barleywine" and the BJCP number is "12A".
