The user is provided with a variety of operations for placing gizmos in the playing area in the Gizmoball building mode The user must be able to edit the gizmos in the playing area (i.e. move, delete, rotate) The user is provided with the ability to connect the trigger of one gizmo to the action of another.
For example, the user might press the connect button, then click on one of the circular bumpers, and then click on one of the flippers.

A dramatic example compares the energy stored in a steel rod, and in a pinball machine spring, when compressed by the same person.
A steel rod responds to the external forces of a human with a very small length change, and stores only a small amount of energy.
The spring in the pin--ball machine can also respond to external forces but it will compress much more and store a much larger amount of energy.

In the two present studies, participants were young adults, Caucasian and African American women and men.
Previous research has found that individuals who score high on personality tests of hostility also report that their childhood home environments were nonsupportive and high in conflict, but those studies are limited by their dependence on people's memories.

If it's a Bally machine then you will need to decide if you want to set the dipswitches for free play or normal game mode.
Some of the older MPU boards had rocker type dipswitches, when the rocker switch is down on the right, this means that the switch is off.
If you choose free play mode you will also have to turn off the credit display game feature switch, which is either switch 20 or 27 depending on the game.
First get a flashlight or a light bright enough to get a good look at the connectors that are hanging in the top left corner of the head of the machine.
