features (gateways, softswitches, application servers, service creation environment)
in Next Generation Networks (NGN), identify potential VoIP barriers that must
be resolved in order to deploy VoIP services, monitor and detect open issues associated
with standards and regulations, produce roadmaps for both end-users and operators/service
providers and generate benchmarking reports.
